Rosemary flowers taste like rosemary, of course! But they also have a lovely sweet flavor to them. Rosemary will flower in the colder months so keep an eye out for it and pick it when you see the pretty purple flowers.
What you’ll need:
6 potatoes, cut into quarters
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp sea salt
Handful fresh rosemary flowers
20g parmesan cheese, grated
How to put together:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Add the potatoes, olive oil, dried rosemary and sea salt to a roasting tray.
- Toss everything together to make sure all of the potatoes are well covered in the olive oil and seasoning.
- Scatter the potatoes across the tray and bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with grated parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary flowers.
- Serve immediately
